Its not like Boston don't have payroll themselves but if Papelbon really holds out for the big bucks and the Sox realise that closers come and go in MLB, the Yanks can look up the road at what the Mets have done to their pen and try to better it.
Lester is the big guy for me. You can build a staff around him.
